Established in 2000, TL Denim – Tuong Long Denim brings over 20 years of expertise in Denim and PFGD fabric manufacturing. As a trusted Vietnam denim exporter, we proudly serve major markets including North America, the ASEAN region, and the Vietnam domestic market.

Our facility at Tuong Long Denim (TL Denim) has an annual capacity of approximately 30 million meters of denim fabric. As we expand our production lines, the company aims to achieve a steady annual growth rate of 10% to 20% over the coming years.

TL Denim operates a mill covering 50,000 square meters, designed with both efficiency and sustainability in mind. Our facility is clean, modern, and environmentally .

As part of our efforts to reduce pollution, we actively participate in carbon reduction programs and integrate green energy solutions, including a solar power system and biomass energy as our primary renewable sources.

We utilize pre-reduced indigo dyeing technology, which minimizes water usage and chemical waste, for a more sustainable alternative to the environment.

ECO PROJECT

Archroma Green Denim dyes use at Tuong Long to help reduce the impact on the environment.

Currently, “Aniline” impurities are an unavoidable component in the manufacture of indigo dyed denim. The removal of hazardous impurities from the denim supply chain is aimed at protecting workers who produce denim, consumers who wear denim and the environment with cleaner water (Alexander Wessels – CEO Archroma) is the goal that Tuong Long is always aspiring to.

With the use of Achroma – aniline free dyes (minimum aniline content) in production, Tuong Long Denim is fully capable of making products with the lowest possible aniline content, while minimizing the amount of wastewater discharged from the dyeing saving up to  90% water than conventional dyes.

OEKO-TEX® certification is a worldwide independent certification and testing system for raw, semi-finished and finished textile products at all levels as well as the auxiliary materials used in the product making process.

      2. QA / QC team development and management

      4. Quality Assurance Activities
