Tuong Long Denim has continuously renovated factory equipment to keep up with the needs and general production trends in the world. At the same time, we also continuously change and update new machinery, a technology from Europe and Japan. To improve production capacity, optimize raw materials, and reduce minimizing effects on the environment

Our in house lab is certified by BV and ITS for testing to ensure strict inspection process from raw materials to finished products, meeting AATCC, ASTM & ISO standards for the American and European markets.

The application of automatic technology to the blending of Dyes chemicals helps optimizing in creating stability in the quality of finished products.

Tuong Long Denim’s commitment use “Aniline-Free dyes from Archroma of Switzerland” is a commitment for better environmental impact and consideration for humankind. Moreover we value the expertise from our dye supplier to ensure the quality of every meter of finished fabric.

In 2020, Tuong Long Denim embarked in adopting further sustainability with the installation a solar energy system, a marked effort in minimizing the negative environmental impacts of our industry and we are proud to be part of the sustainable evolution in our industry.

Tuong Long Denim currently has facility of ​​more than 50,000 square meters. With a multinational staffing structure,

Tuong Long Denim can meet almost all requirements for the respective fabric standards.

The company’s annual output reached more than 15 million meters of denim fabric annually.

Over the course of 2 years we strive to expand the facility to twice the capacity and improve better machinery and output.
